Return & Exchange

We have a 7- day return policy, which means you have 7- days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,  undamaged items purchased at full price with the gift box and pouch and in its original packaging within 7- days of purchase. We currently do not offer exchanges. Please note a $8.50 return fee will be deducted from your total refund if refunded back to your original payment method for US orders.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@augustdawn.love If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@augustdawn.love

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Refunds 

Refund to the original payment method will now be processed within 7-14 business days after your return package arrives at our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation email!

Return Conditions

We will not refund any worn, damaged, or stained items.

We will not refund any Final Sale.

We will not refund any items that are sent back without filing a return request.
